Pro: The Camera worked with my Linux system with no fuss using the application called Cheeze. That was a nice surprise and I am very pleased. The images are a good resolution and quality for the price. Con: The adjustment mechanism does not show a focused image at all magnifications. It appears to go in and out of focus over the adjustment range. But there are usually at least 3 adjustments with a clearly focused image over the range. All things considered, it is a good purchase for the price.
