(1). This item uses Android system. So if you want to run Microsoft programs, you will need to download applications from the Android Marketplace.

(2). The computer cannot be turned on.
a. Check the battery to make sure it is charged.
b. Check the machine again after connecting the power adapter.

(3). There is no sound from the earphone
a. Check the volume setting
b. Check the connection of the earphones

(4). Noise
a. Check whether the earphone plugs are clean as dirt could make them noisy.
b. Check if the music file is damaged. Confirm the problem by trying another one

(5). Messy code
Please check whether it has been set to the right language option.

(6). WiFi is not working
All of Tablet PCs have been inspected by Ankaka QC team before shipment.
However if you still can not make it work well, please check out the following:
a. Check if there is any metal that may block the wifi signal.
b. Please try the several signal modes of your wireless router one by one.
c. Check if the password of the wireless connection is correct.

(7).Can I use this as a MP3 or MP4 Player?
A. Yes, of course.

(8).Please do not update/flash the Operating System (Android system) by yourself! It may cause unexpected errors and damage the product!

How do i connect my external keyboard to this tab. The Keyboard supports android tabs. But if i try pluggin in through USB, it is not connected. I even tried connecting through a powered USB hub. Hi, In Settings, under mobile networks, I only have ''Data Enabled" option. no other options in this section. how can i connect my "WCDMA: Huawei E1750" [ANKAKA REPLIED]There is a "more" option under the wifi setting. Please press the "more" option and then it'll lead you to the "mobile network". You just need to turn on the "mobile network", and this tablet will connect to network via the 3G sim card in the dongle. Please make sure that you need to turn off wifi first.

Hello, i used tablet for thee months and then it stopped booting. After powering on it displays android logos and blinking string that says android and just stops there.
