The Tablet arrived within a week of ordering. Build quality was surprisingly high it was simple and easy to use straight out of the box. Surfing the internet in seconds after connecting to wifi was pleasantly surprised at how quick and fuss less the andriod systems is. For the price you can not go wrong and would recommend getting one of these before one of the higher priced named tablets on the market

E391 has a faster operation system and better performance than iMito. I would recommend E391 although it is a little more expensive.

I purchased this one month ago, it has good system,I can read ebooks, pdf, docs, watch any kind of movie from AVI to MP4, and it has 1.3 mega camera, overall its a great value if you are looking for basic uses.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. I was setting it up for her on Christmas eve and became locked out of the device because I forgot the password. There is absolutely no support on the web on how to do a hard factory reset! I contacted Ankaka via email and they got back to me very quickly with support info for a completely different tablet. So I am stuck with having no Christmas present for my daughter on Christmas. .

I purchased this for my son for Christmas. It came with a charger that didn't work and Ankaka responded super quick to solve this problem. We received the new plug that worked perfectly. My son loves his tablet (and so do I!). It's a bit slow and the camera isn't great but for the price, it's great! He's able to download apps from the android market, surf the internet, read books, chat on ooVoo, listen to music..and much more! I think the other customers need to stop complaining about a tablet the paid so little $ for! This is a great company and a great product!

I realize that this was a less expensive option for an apad or epad. The touch screen is deisigned for a stylus not finger tips. You have to press down very hard (compared to other epads) and use something like a stylus or just your fingernail. Many apps won't work. They download and install fine but when run the screen goes black or gray. If you're just looking at buying an ereader with MP3 playback, this will work (not well, but it works). If you want a little more, look somewhere else.

It's been 2 weeks since I received my im7 tablet, and I'm still having problems. When I try to download books, it keeps telling me book download fail, and when I try to download from the android market, It's saying downloading but nothing happens. It's a nice tablet, but because of the problems I'm having, I feel like I wasted my money. I brought the im7 because of the price, the look, the android market and the Ebook. Just have the iMito to my wife for her birthday. Has been working nicely; however, when she tries to download apps from the market place it tells her that the download fails. I am hopeful that Ankaka will stand by their 100% customer guarantee that they advertise on this website. There is a well documented problem with downloads from the Market Place. So far they have suggested that it's my WiFi or damaged apps. They know and I know that is not true. It is too widespread of a problem. It's ok for occasional use, but speakers are a bit weak, mine was a bit glitchy when trying to shut in down, and battery would run low.. sent it back, awaiting a new or rebuilt one, hopefully this one will work better.. suggest looking for a Android 2.2 or higher -better ones coming out soon.
