    Description:

    This auto diagnostic tool has been specifically designed for the following Citroen models: C1, C2, C3, C4, C6, C8, C-CROSSER, NEMO, BERLINGO, JUMPY, JUMPER, AX, SAXO and BX and for all Peugeot cars post 1995. However, there are some exceptions to this, notably the new Citroen C5 cars and the Peugeot 307 post 2004.  If you are in any doubt as to whether this is the correct diagnostic tool for your particular car then please get in touch with us and we will be able to advise you.
    The tool works by being plugged into the OBD-II connector (adjacent to your steering wheel) or to the manufacturer’s specific connector (cars before 2001)

    Functions of the tool:

    This tool can perform nearly all the functions of the original  manufacturer’s diagnostic tool as it is equipped with K-line multiplexor, CAB-BUS interfaces and an SAE J1850 bus (VPW and PWM). It is thus far more functional than other, comparable, diagnostic tools which only read fault codes – this tool can do far more.

    1. This tool can read the full identity of the control unit – part number, software/hardware versions, manufacturer etc.

    2.  This tool can display all the fault codes but also tell you what is wrong in accordance with the code.  This data can be printed out or pasted onto the clipboard on your computer.

    3.  Stored fault codes and other information can all be cleared from the memory of the car information system.

    4.  The auto-scan feature looks for all electronic control units (ECUs) on your car and checks for faults and reports them to you.

    5.  The measured values feature will display information related to the current performance of your car – for example, engine speed, battery voltage, oxygen sensor, coolant temperature etc.  All the data can be displayed in either graphical format (up to 9 values at any one time) or in report form.  The log file can be downloaded to your computer, allowing you to examine the performance of your car away from the vehicle.

    6.  The tool perform tests on the all your car’s actuators to ensure they are performing normally and correctly.

    Will this item work on a 2005 peugeot 407 hdi [ANKAKA REPLIED]Theoretically speaking, it can work with your car. But our vendor hasn't tested it, since there are many cars worldwide and it's hard for our vendor to test it with all of the cars.

    I was hoping to purchase this for my Citroen DS3 but I wanted to know if it was compatible and also is this all i will need other than a laptop or will I need any anything else? [ANKAKA REPLIED]It only supports the following Citroen models: C1, C2, C3, C4, C6, C8,C-CROSSER, NEMO, BERLINGO, JUMPY, JUMPER, AX, SAXO and BX and for all Peugeot cars posted later than 1995. You just need to install some softwares in your PC and then plug it to your car to diagnose.
