I feel that I owe you all an apology. I am sorry that I jumped straight to asking for a refund. After looking in the manual and seeing no instructions for the android OS and no listing for WiFi under product features, I was convinced that it did not have those features.

The product works fine and I know that I will get a lot of enjoyable use out of it. Please send my thanks and apologies on to the product engineer if it's not too much trouble.

The item shipped to me resembles the one pictured but does not have an Android operating system and does not have Wi-Fi. These are very significant features and as such I would like to return the item. [ANKAKA REPLIED]We have confirmed this product has Android operating system and have Wifi.
When you turn on the device, please press on the button SRC and then please kindly choose the Hd interface 3 to enter Android system. And then in the setting section to find the Wifi function. "
